What is career coaching?

Career coaching can be very helpful for people who are in transition in their career journey or would like to change their job: it helps to analyze better the opportunities, to have a neutral “mirror” for decision making, to find own sources for skills development.

Program duration: flexible number of sessions (client choice), average for full program 6-9 sessions
Format : Face-to-Face  or by Skype (as preferred and based on location)

Analysis

1.   Discussion about your Identity and Dream: The identity describes your self image today (what you do, which people you interact with, how do you think others see you, constraints and values).The dream is the reason why you feel to need a change and a list of possible self that you want to start to test through experience, networking, actions.
 
2.   Personal and competencies evaluation and development needs: evaluation of personal strengths, concerns,  
opportunities, risks and constraints, key areas you need to develop for career success in a chosen profession,
industry and geographical region. Assessment tools can be used if requested/needed.

3.   Positioning: your place and advantages in your chosen market

Action plan and implementation


4. Action plan:  to experience different self (Plan A and Plan B)
 
5. Marketing & Exploration:  Prepare and promote your self, build channels, explore new experiences ( CV: build an effective CV for your search ;  Recruitment channels:  Networking, Head hunters, Web network, Events, Social Activities, etc) or  How to approach the idea to open a small business
 
6. Evaluate and maximize opportunities: support during the exploration, help during job discussion offers  
 
7. Your new identity: re-elaborate your new identity and evaluation.

The program can be personalized based on needs (ie. cross-cultural awareness, leadership coaching can be added)
