Giorgia Madonno – Managing Director Marco Polo Consulting,

has been operating in the HR function for 15 years adding growing responsibilities in the HR management, people and organization development areas for important Companies  in Italy and abroad as Fiat Group and The Nielsen Company. 
 

Her latest managerial executive role has been HR Director for ACNielsen Italy, where she has been responsible for all the HR aspects for the  Company and part of the Italian Executive Committee.

She acquired also major experiences abroad in France and US. She holds a Degree in Information and Communication at the University of Turin/Italy and a  ”Maitrise” in Information and Communication at the University of Lyon/France.
 

In 2008 moved to China/Shanghai starting to provide consultancy services to clients and founded her own company, Marco Polo Consulting.
